Comp Systems provides support and services to more than 300 individuals with
special needs. Their Charles City, Iowa facility was having difficulty bathing and
providing therapeutic baths for their 40 plus residents at their supported
community living facility. Their current domestic water system was supported
by 2 x 100 gallon199k Btu commercial tank water heaters. Longevity of the
tanks was approximately 6-8 years and they were only able to provide enough
water for minimal daily operations and the possibility of 3 scheduled therapeutic
baths a day.

Replace existing tank water heaters with 8 Takagi T-M50 Natural Gas Tankless
Water Heaters to provide endless hot water for their daily operations, water
for
therapeutic bathing, provide comfort and access to bathing for their
residents,
and increase the longevity of their hot water system.
| Results: |
The 8 T-M50s allows Comp Systems to continue daily operations and provide
endless hot water for their resident’s daily bathing requirements and always
have hot water available for therapeutic baths. The 8 T-M50s will increase
the
systems longevity twofold, and provide
endless hot water well into the future. |
